Having started in 1994 under the name of Arnie Creations, the services provided earlier was only focusing on wedding dresses, make up and wedding dais (pelamin). As experiences and knowledge grows, RCI now provides A to Z wedding planning services that cater all budgets and styles. We now specializes in Wedding Planning, Wedding Styling and Decoration and everything else related to wedding from the tiniest job such as wedding gifts (hantaran) decoration to creating a masterpiece wedding reception.
